HEPPS – A property eligible for the tax scheme for high income earners tax scheme
Property Management fees/ Service Charges – Fees payable in apartment blocks to cover community costs, e.g. Building insurance, cleaning and maintenance
Rates – Fees payable to the Government for services to the community e.g rubbish collection, street maintenance
Price per sq m – The price of the property divided by the internal and external square metre measurement. Note external space is assumed to be worth half the value of internal space for this calculation
