The South district is a quieter family orientated area. It has great access to the waters edge with some of the best snorkelling and scuba diving in the area, diverse corals and fish and a few wrecks to explore. There is a large family seating area for picnics and sunbathing with free childrens pools, volleyball, an open air pool (in summer) and several small beaches. There are regular buses which service the whole area.
